Meeting Information

School board meeting agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to a regularly scheduled board meeting or study session and at least 24 hours prior to a special board meeting. The public can attend Regular KCUSD board meetings in person or through a Zoom link provided on our homepage. Special Board Meetings the public must attend in person. A Zoom link will not be provided.

Members of the public who wish to make a public comment on any item on the agenda or on a matter within the jurisdiction of the King City Union School District Board of Education may do so either in person or through the Zoom link above. There is a 3 min. time limit for all public comment.

The Board holds regular meetings once a month on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office according to the posted schedule: 104 S. Vanderhurst Avenue King City, CA 93930.

Notices of all meetings, both regular and special, are posted on the District Website and at the District Office, 104 S. Vanderhurst Avenue King City, Ca 93930. All meetings are open to the public with the exception of "Closed Sessions", which may be held to discuss confidential personnel matters, matters pertaining to an individual student, labor negotiations and legal matters. Meetings are open to the public, however, only business for which the meeting was called can be discussed.
