To register your children in the King City Union School District you must provide the following:
1. Birth Certificate, Pass Port or Baptismal Certificate
2. Current Immunization Card
3. Proof of Residency - Documents that are accepted are one of the following:
- PG&E Bill
- Water Bill
- Signed Lease Agreement or a notarized letter with the name of the children who will be attending school in our district, parent(s) name and the person's name and address where you reside.
4. Parent or guardian identification
Download the registration forms to the right and bring them along with the above listed items to King City Union School District Student Services office located at 104 S. Vanderhurst St. King City, CA 93930 Office hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
